Lee N. Good, CRB
Broker/Owner/Founder
A licensed Realtor since 1988, Lee began her career in Real Estate with John
L Scott in Silverdale. As a top producer, Lee turned her success in real estate sales to property management, managed 200+ single family/multi-unit properties, as the (former) Broker/Owner of Lighthouse Cove Propery Mgmt
and now successfully manages over 100+ single family/multi-units at GPM
after only 2 years back in the business.
Lee has been a resident of Bremerton for 30 years and has been an active member in the community, serving as Past President of the Silverdale Chamber & Chairman of the Military Affairs Committee and other charitable organizations.
Lee will oversee the Management, Leasing and Relocation Services.
James T. Houk
Jim is a retired Marine (Semper Fi) with assignments overseas in Madras, India; Tehran, Iran and Naples, Italy. His next assignment took him to Vietnam. Wounded at the siege at Khe Sanh, he was awarded a Purple Heart.
He retired after serving 23 years as an Auditor with the Federal Government in Washington, DC. He moved to Kitsap County in 2000.
Jim uses Yardi to handle the accounting for our Owners. Jim supervises any and all maintenance that may be required for your rental property. With 10 years of experience in rental property maintenance, septic/drainfield rehabs and capital improvement projects. He is careful with your rental repair costs.
Brenda comes from a military family, married a Naval Officer and after leaving her hometown of Charleston SC, was “stationed” in Annapolis MD and Norfolk VA before moving to Washington State 14 years ago. Brenda quickly settled in and now calls the Puget Sound area home.
Brenda brings a wealth of knowledge to her position. Brenda's residential property management experience … 2 years at Townsend Bay Property Management in Port Townsend and 8 years as a Leasing Agent/Property Manager at Pickett Property Management. Prior to her residential leasing/management career, Brenda was a commercial property manager
in the Baltimore/Washington Corridor and Virginia Beach.
As a military spouse, Brenda understands military life – including the long deployments and transfers to new duty stations. Brenda is here to help you find the perfect rental home, in the shortest amount of time, so you can have a place to call "home".
Brenda has successfully managed up to 100 single family homes and would enjoy the opportunity to meet with you regarding the leasing and management of your most important rental investment.
